Hi guys, I have Two AD sites, Site A and Site B. In site A I have an Exchange 2007 (HUB/CAS/MBX) and in site B the same configuration. How should I configure de autodiscover url in site B ? should be the same that in site A?

Hi,
You can keep the autodiscover URL different in order to know which CAS is providing the services for the Outlook clients if one of the CAS has the problem, that can help you troubleshoot the issue easier.
Additionally, I would like to share the White Paper Autodiscover as below link:

I believe you will have a further understanding of the Autodiscover after reading the article.

Hi Emiliano,
If you manage a large, distributed organization that has Active Directory sites that are separated by low-bandwidth network connectivity, then you can use site affinity for the Autodiscover service for intranet-based traffic. To use site affinity,
you specify which Active Directory sites are preferred for clients to connect to a particular Autodiscover service instance. Specifying which Active Directory sites are preferred is also known as configuring site scope.
