Moreover when click test button I get this annoying message as well and I pops up few times during the day when users just work with Outlook:

Thank you for the reply,

I did test and got the error message:

The thing is that the record points to external autodiscover, I suppose the record must be looking like:

exchangeserver.seftec.com/autodiscover/autodiscover/xml

When I'd tried to use the command I got this error message: A positional parameter cannot be found that accepts argument 'AutoDiscoverServiceInternalUri'.

Hi,

According to the test result, I noticed that certificate trust validation failed. The error indicated your certificate was issued by untrusted CA.

Please confirm your certificate is self-signed or third party certificate.

Please run the following cmdlet in the Exchange Management Shell to check the certificate status:

Get-ExchangeCertificate | FL

I suggest you can request a new certificate from a trust third party certificate like godaday.

The result indicated also autodiscover SRV record was not found in DNS.

And we can re-create a correct SRV record for Autodiscover service.

Then restart IIS service by running IISReset from a Command Prompt window to have a try.

On outlook side, I suggest you can create a new profile to check if it still has pop up messages .

Best Regards,

David

Hi Santarem,

As mentioned by David there is an issue on the certificate from when you are accessing from outside internet.

Please confirm if you are using internal CA certificate, confirm that its trusted by the client PC.

To do that easily access https://domain.com/owa from IE and this should show up if the certificate is trusted or not.

For testing install the certificate on the client PC, Trusted Root certification authority. Then observe.

Look for errors on the eventvwr and IIS Logs on the CAS server.
