Hi Santarem,

Start here.

https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com

Check if you are resolving it.

nslookup autodiscover.domain.com

Check if you can access the autodiscover xml file using IE.

https://autodiscover.domain.com/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml

This article is for 2010, but should be good for Ex2013 as well.

Hi,

Auto-discover issue may be occurs because of-

SCP records do not contain the correct value.

1. Test from Outlook

Hold CTRL and click the Outlook Icon in the system tray and select Test Email Auto Configuration".

Deselect the Use Guessmart and Secure Guessmart Authentication and click Test.

2. Check SCP value returned

If you get info on the results tab then AutoDiscover is working.

If not, go to Log tab and look at the URL that is returned.

Test the URL (in Internet Explorer) if it is not working, change SCP to a valid URL, using Set-ClientAccessServer cmdlet.

Set the SCP along with the internal URL: Set-ClientAccessServer CASServerName AutoDiscoverServiceInternalUri https://mail.domain.local/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml

Regards

Thank you for the reply,

I did test and got the error message:

The thing is that the record points to external autodiscover, I suppose the record must be looking like:

exchangeserver.seftec.com/autodiscover/autodiscover/xml

When I'd tried to use the command I got this error message: A positional parameter cannot be found that accepts argument 'AutoDiscoverServiceInternalUri'.

Thank you for you reply, this is what I've got after performing a test:

I've tried Nslookup and everything is okay with that

WHen I use https://autodiscover.domain.com/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml internally or extarnally it works
