Hi All, I am running exchange 2007 sp2 on windows 2008 sp2. My autodiscovery had been working until I installed the rollup4. Now I get this error below from my two CAS: [PS] C:\Windows\System32>Test-OutlookWebServices | fl Id : 1003 Type : Information Message : About to test AutoDiscover with the e-mail address Exchange.Admin@domain.net Id : 1007 Type : Information Message : Testing server CAS03.domain.local with the published name https://webmail.domain.local/ews/exchange.asmx & . Id : 1019 Type : Information Message : Found a valid AutoDiscover service connection point. The AutoDiscover URL on this object is https://webmail.domain.local/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml . Id : 1013 Type : Error Message : When contacting https://webmail.domain.local/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml received the error The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. Id : 1006 Type : Error Message : The Autodiscover service could not be contacted. But my mailbox/HT server test still works after the rollup installation. Is there something I need to be aware with regards to exchange 2007 sp2 rollup4? ThanksIsaac2k2

Hi, Have you applied the rollup 4 on all exchange 2007 servers? If no, Installing it on all exchange 2007 servers and see if the issue persists. If the issue persists, running Health Check by using Exchange Best Practices Analyzer and see if there are errors. Please post the report here for further help

Thomas, he already said , it all started with RU 4 deployment. Check for the internal and external for Auto discover services. Looks like u need to reset them.Raj

I taught about checking all my configs again but haven't done that yet. Will do that today.Isaac2k2
