Autoforward rules / audit
If user X sets up an autoforward rule for certain criteriad email to be forwarded to say, his hotmail account.
Is this rule available to see by any admin outside of this guys outlook? Namely, does it store a list of rules anywhere on the exchange server / active directory?
I would love to see all rules that have been setup to send email outside the company network for all our mailboxes. I have just tried and I could autoforward to my hotmail account. So if I can do it... who else can..

Difficult thing to achieve within the boundary of exchange management console.
You would have to write the script.....see if the Article of “Glen Scales” helps you

You could do it via Exchange Transport rule and Outlook rule. I assume you means Transport rule.

1. If you do it via Transport Rule, You could view all the rules via EMC.
a.
Open EMCàOrganizationàHub
Transportà
Trans
port rules
b. You could also see it via ADSI Edit, I assume you are using Exchange 2010
Open ADSI EditàConfigurationàServicesàMicrosoft
ExchangeàOrganization nameàTransport
SettingsàRules.
