Can some suggest and or tell me if and how I can automate archive on exchange 2007... Without buying 3rd party software...

exch 2007 doesn't have archiving as with exch 2010. You can use transport rules but this is more for journaling and not archiving as such.Sukh

There is no built-in facility in Exchange 2007 for archiving, but you can set up auto archive on the outlook clients which would move items to a local PST file.
