Hello, One of our clients has a requirement that if the Signatures in ms-outlook can be pushed automatically through Exchange server (2013), however its not for a department but for each individual. Moreover there is a requirement that whenever the information changes in Active Directory i.e. Phone no., Department.. that should also get updated in the signature automatically.  Don't know if we can do this or not but just wondering if we can use in script here.

But actually we need different signatures for each individual and I think this software uses a uniform signatures  i.e. Per department.

You should dig a little deeper into the product's capabilities.
