Automated footer question
I have an Exchange 2010 SP1 running and I know that you can set a footer message on outgoing email. (e.g. a Disclaimer) The only issue from what I understand is that there is no way to put it at the bottom of a message as you would have for a signature. i.e. the message would always be at the very bottom of the email even on a reply where normally the previous message is quoted below the latest message.

Hi SAugsburger, Per my knowledge, there is no way change that. But you can follow this way to avoid the Disclaimer still added at the bottom of the reply or forward emails. Add this to the rule you created for add Disclaimer: Except when the Subject field or message body contains ‘FW:’or ‘RE:’ Evan
