Automatic User Lock problem in exchange 2007 environment

I remember we talked this topic one month ago. You don’t leave any answer about password.
Will tt affect all MAC users or one MAC users.
All MAC users : it is problem of MAC user program setting. You should post email program and ask provider.
One user : it is problem of client computer or mail account.
You can do test on other Mac computer. Will it be locked again?
The user is not locked.
It is client computer problem. Maybe it store old password . Please reload system and program
The user is locked again. It is AD account problem.
please modify password .
If it doesn’t work, you can export emailto pst and delete/recreate account again.

What client does the user use to connect to the mailbox (outlook, mac mail)?
Did he change his password recently?

We have exchange 2007 server, My one of mac user having user lock problem, whenever he work on his mailbox his profile automatically goes to lock in active directory.With warm regards, Kiran Sawant
