Automatic replies
Using Exchange 2000 is there anyway to set up automatic replies for individual mailboxes. I'm aware of 'Out of Office Assistant' in Outlook but don't think it is appropriate for the issue I'm trying to resolve. We now have a new domain and we wish to shutdown the old mailboxes and get staff using their new e-mail accounts. The problem I see with 'Out of Office Assistant' is that it can all to easily be switched off. I also don't want to just deleten the mailboxes as I'm sure there will continue to be some legitimate e-mails coming through. Any ideas are welcome. Tony
