We currently are the preferred vendor regarding recruitment at a large company. Anyone that applies for a position must upload their cv and attachments to the company's website and then it is downloaded onto a disc and sent to us for perusing and shortlisting. In some instances, we receive 1000's of applications for jobs, and we have to manually print each cv (comes in email format), as well as the attachments. Currently we employ someone to print each and every email and their attachments manually. If we try to highlight a group of emails and print it, it only prints the cover page and not the attachment. Can anyone suggest how we can select all the info on the disc and automatically print the coverpage and the attachments simultaneously.
