We have this issue at work. Werewe have users that we send laptops out to after we image them. Our problem is, once those users get them, they are unable to install any plug n play software (printers to be exact) without calling upour help desk. They end up remoting in and it just seems to methat there has to be some way to automate this. I've been running this through my head and looking on the net for answers, but none seem to arise. I'd be greatful for some workable ideas. Thank you.
