Average Delivery Time Performance Monitor
I am running Exchange 2007. I have a dedicated mailbox server.
On the mailbox server, I have been running Performance Monitor for several of the Exchange counters.
I don't have any problems with queue length, queue size or delivery.
What I am seeing are what seem to be very high times for Average Delivery Time for both the public and mailbox stores. With the default counter settings, they are both off the top of the graph.
We don't have any problems with delivery of messages to either mailboxes or public folders. So I'm just curious what the values should be on an Exchange 2007 server.
Thanks.

I was wondering if you ever got any information on this issue, we seem to experiencing the same issues on a newly installed Exchange 2007 server. We are seeing the average delivery times go really high and have not seen any other issues with the queues for stores. I did see in another forum that there was an issue with the actual perfromance counter that was a known MS bug but haven't been able to find anything like that from the knowledgebase. Any information that you have would be appreciated.
