BCC and exchang Log
Dear all,
The user (aaa@ppp.com) has the right to use another email (bbb@ppp.com) to send the email from his account. all the receipients are BCC.
when I use bbb@ppp.com to search in "message tracking" and "C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles\W3SVC1".
But I can not found any log for bbb@ppp.com
when I use receipient email to search in "message tracking" and "C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles\W3SVC1".
I also can not found any log for bbb@ppp.com
I don't know why?

You're looking at the IIS logs. I wouldn't expect to find message tracking entries in there. See if you have a TransportRoles\Logs folder in your Exchange installation folder.Mobile OWA For Smartphone

What kind of right do you set send as or send on behalf ?
try to search message tracking log by subject ? did you find something ?
Check how long you keep message tracking log.

hi,
Can you tell us your exchange version? Exchange 2003/2007/2010???
I have do a test in my lab. I can use message tracking log to find these messages.
So can you answer my below questions:
1. Can you use message tracking log to trace other messages?
2.Which server do you run this cmd? How many servers do you have? You should run this cmdlet on hub and mailbox that the message pass through, if your server role is splited.
3. Can you make sure the message has been sent successful?
