Hi,
A customer of ours has provided us with their Business Contact Manager export as a ".bcm" file. We've been able to parse all of the information from the file with the exception of the Communications History which is in some encoded format.
We'd like to be able to decode this data but the method for doing so eludes us. Can anyone offer a solution?
