Hello,I was just hired a few months ago by the company I'm currently employed at as a member of the IT department. I've learned and got some experience working with the company's software, but it seems like Exchange is one of the few I haven't, just because it was already set up by a previous technician before I started working there. What I'd like to do is take screenshots and take notes of the current setup in case of a disaster. Could you direct me as to what sections of Exchange I should take screenshots of? One request, please give step by step instructions of where you are talking about so I can follow you. I appreciate it.
