hi,so you can use Exchange for your messaging system.1) install exchange on your server.2)you can use LCR,CCR,SCR for HA...3) after installing Exchange successfully you can create Accepted domains for your three domains. send - receive connectors etc...4) and create email address policies for your accepted domains.5) forward your mx records to your real ip address of company.6) anymore you can create your users etc in your exchange environment.when you installling exchange server you candeploy exchange server roles to seperate servers for performance, for high availability etc...and here there are good articles about your issue;http://www.msexchange.org/articles_tutorials/exchange-server-2007/migration-deployment/shared-hosting-exchange-2007-part1.htmland managing Hub Transport Server ;http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124024.aspxregards,Mumin CICEK | Exchange - MVP | www.cozumpark.com | www.mumincicek.com

Hi GayanWIc!Just to add up on Mumin, you have to consider the following before you install Exchange 2007 in any of your Forest:
1. Preparing Active Directory for Exchange 2007 (Amust read in order to avoid installation problem that is related to AD) http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb288907.aspx2. Since you have existing mail system that is running on Lotus Domino, should there have a requirements on Lotus-Exchange 2007 Co-existence or Migration please refer to the following URL:Lotus Domino to Exchange 2007 (Migration Guideline)http://www.msexchange.org/articles_tutorials/exchange-server-2007/migration-deployment/migrating-domino-exchange-2007-part1.htmlSharing an SMTP Namespace/Domainhttp://www.msexchange.org/articles_tutorials/exchange-server-2007/planning-architecture/exchange-2007-smtp-namespace-sharing-different-relay-domain-types.htmlMicrosoft Transporter Suite for Lotushttp://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=72A947D9-E75F-4EAE-B153-E0B4A16442D9&displaylang=enRegards,LRMCP
