Hi,I have Exchange 2007 installed on Windows Servr 2008 R2.dcdiag /test:DNS fails with missing SRV record on DNS server error.I have DNS server running on a seperate DNS server machine (unix) running bind9.I made changes to bind9 for SRV records, after reading some of the posts on the web still getting the SRV record error.Appreciate if anyone can point me to some tutorial or detailed write up on how to configure bind9 for SRV records.Thanks

srv records for AD or Exchange? Exchange just uses ptr and host records (for exchange servers) but DCs need ldap and gc srv records. Ideally this supports dynamic updates as well.Here is the article for AD:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd316373.aspx#ECAA
