Blank Email Problem - Microsoft Outlook 2007

Hello,
.
I am the IT technician for my father's small business, and he recently started complaining about a glitch in Microsoft Outlook 2007. Many of his emails display themselves as "None". If I click on any of them, nothing but a blank field pops up. He also appears to be missing emails between July 1st and July 17th of 2013. Given that, I assume that these "None" emails represent those missing emails. I have no idea how this situation arose, nor does the Microsoft technician whom I spoke to. She did however direct me to this website, and suggested for me to report my situation here; hence this post. All I know is that I recently switched my PC's internet connection from wired-Ethernet to wireless-dongle. Would that be the reason? Is my wireless dongle perhaps corrupted? Is there a way to fix this issue, and salvage the supposedly corrupt emails?

.

Please help as soon as possible!!

.

Thank you,

Mario Greco

.

P.S. I would post an image of the problem here, but apparently I cannot post pictures until Microsoft is "able to verify my account". How would I go about doing this? Thanks again!

After some trial and error, I figured out how to fix this issue; I had to open up this program:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\SCANPST.EXE
.
It then prompted me to locate my PST file, which was located here:
C:\Users\"Your Username"\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\"Your Account's Filename".pst
.
The "AppData" folder is hidden, however you can reveal it by looking in the Folder Settings of your Control Panel.
.
After that, I ran the process. It took a while, but in the end, everything fixed up. The "None" emails disappeared, and the missing emails reappeared.
.
I hope this helps anyone who are experiencing a similar issues.
.
Also, I really appreciate the sense of community here. Thanks for nothing.
