Hi,Exchange server 2003 and client is 2003.I suspect,the Maximum size of receps in an dl can cause Blank Mails?Yes checked OWA some users get and some not.Thanks for Replying..RASA

From your last post, it seems that this issue only occurred when sending the message to an DL?If so, whether the blank email still is received when sending the message to individual user?ThanksAllen

Dear Vinod,OL 2003 i did not exclude the Exch folders. intrestingly except 4 or 8 people every body gets the MessageYes my suspection is also on a specific DL. Is their any Limits on DL my DL has 550 Users.God Blessings...!RASA

Hi,Sorry for the delay response.Firstly, no such limitation on the DL. Secondly, I would like to confirm whether the problematic users are random or certain user. Whether the problematic users are on the same Mailbox Store as the normal users or separated into different store? Thirdly, how many Exchange servers in your environment? It'sgreat to know the whole configuration for your envionment? (DC, Exchange server)Additionally, please check the scope of the DL. Is it Globla Group?ThanksAllen

Dear ALLAfter A long time i noticed the client settings user is composing mail thru HTML. i have changed to RICHTEXTUser copy and paste the images and some other contents message reach the receiptints as is.secondly i grap the user client versions using wmi script the i update all users with lastest OUTLOOK patches.Now the Problem is Solved.Thansk for all who ever involved in asnwering the questions.Regards and God blessingssss.........Rabbanisyed.RASA
