Block Email Attachment Size
I have a situation where I need to block emails over a specific size going outside of the company to specific domains, is this possible?
Currently I have a Transport rule setup, but this only looks at any attachment over 2MB. If the user attaches 3x1MB files then it allows them through, which is causing problems with a partners email system (their problem not ours, but MD wants us to
do something about it).
We are running Exchange 2007 SP3, with Outlook 2003 clients.
Regards, AStaley.

Hi,
Try this: Set-mailbox -id:"username" -MaxSendSize:50000
In Exchange 2007, you can configure message size limits only not attachment size, as per my knowledgeRegards from www.windowsadmin.info
