Bounce mails in the Queue
I'm getting annoying emails sitting in our messaging queue... the email alias usually has the word 'bounce' in it.. and when I click on Find Messages to see who sent it.. it is our postmaster alias, which we have restricted...
how do I prevent these bounce messages from getting into our queue in the first place...?
thanks.

-Freeze all "spam connectors" in the Queue .
-Force connection so mails will not remain in Queue.
-Apply recently announced security update for your Exchange server ( Assuming you are running Exchange 2003 )
-Do you have any 3rd part yanti spam solution or hardware hateway which filters spams?
-If no then it's time to increase "spam confidence" level to 7
-And also add famous blacklisted IP range. Which decreases spammers to attack your Exchange which helps for better mail deleiveries.
-We dont have any anti spam solution currently.
-Using in built tools given by Microsoft.
-Exchange SP2 includes "IMF" which helps to prevent spams at gateway level.
You can try "aqadmcli.exe" tool to do the required action you mentioned . "aqadmcli.exe" is a freeware tool downloadable from Microsoft's web site. It's a command line tool.
