I am trying to set up a Room Mailbox so that when someone requests a room it adds a buffer of time before and after the meeting request that is not available for booking. Is there a way to do this?

Currently there is no method to do this on Outlook or Exchange, I suppose we just need to book the room a little earlier before the meeting and also a bit later after the meeting to realize this reuqest.
