2 AD Servers PDC and ADC Physical Servers

2 Servers for Exchange 2013 multi-role server

Correct me if iam wrong on the details above

License details

1 exchange 2013 license

500 cal license for exchange 2013

4 win 2012 r2 standard license

Fortinet 100D Firewall  2 Box in HA Cluster

2 ISP all with static IPs

Domain controllers will be installed

 Use PUBLIC DNS management from ISP or your provider for the domain.

Its called the unbound model, you can add multiple hostentries for the same URL with different IPs.

• How to Configure Client Access redundancy step by step required

Simple DNS, round robin or a NLB or HLB is enough.

• How to Configure send Connector for Redundancy ISP

Add multiple servers on the send conenctor, keep multiple receive connectors for listening. On ISP multiple MX records would do it.

• How configure internal DNS and external DNS show with examples if possible

You don't have to do anything special here, DNS would be configured as part of the other sections already.

Not necessary, but you can buy Hardware Load Balancer or 3rd party solutions.
