Bulk Email Restriction Through Exchnage 2007
Hello IT Guru'sI have some users where i want them to restric sending bulk emails locally /external .. i have exploere the EMC but i couldnt able to find solution - i guess there is somethink with power Shell??I would like to know what is the Maximum & Minimum for sending bulk emails per users...Note: I have seen some bulk tools software - but we want to perform this task with EMC only... We have Exchange 2007 SP1 -- Win2003 EntThanks

Well, you can setRecipients limitsto control the number of maximum recipients to whom the mailbox user is allowed to address an e-mail message. This option is available in Mail Flow Settings of user properties...
Mailbox User Properties > Mail Flow Settings Tab

Additional note, you can set recipient limits globally in Transport Settings...
Organization Configuration > Hub Transport > Global Settings > Transport Settings > General Tab

Yeah i have seen that -- but actually our concern was to restric certrain users -- Transport Settings are gobally - hence the nice think is that know i can set per user restricition ;; which is great ..Thanks
