I am trying to install Business Contact Manager into Outlook 2013, but once the install finishes and I fire up Outlook, the BCM setup runs. Regardless of which options I choose, I wind up with a "Database creation was unsuccessful" message. I have tried all the tips in other forums, but nothing has changed the behavior. I have a feeling it has something to do with the SQL Express 2008 it installs as part of the process. Event Log messages say something about SQL, but nothing definitive.
Has anyone successfully installed BCM on Outlook 2013 (Windows 8.1 pro)?
