I have a laptop with 8.1 OS and Office 2013 loaded and running fine. Use Business Contact Manager on my laptop and it works fine.

Can do the all the same on Office 365 except for Business Contact Manager.  It is listed and shows up under Tasks but nothing happens when it is selected.

What do you mean with "Office 365"? The web interface of your Exchange Online mailbox (OWA)?

BCM is an Outlook-level add-in and doesn't work in a browser.

I think the "Office 365" in the second paragraph should be Outlook 2013 in this customer's post.

Please go to FILE -> Options -> Add-ins, check if BCM is disabled or inactive. Enable it and start Outlook again to check the result.
