CCR events
Hi, We are receving event id 2501, 2604, 2601, frequently on mailbox server application log, also when we are trying to update offline addressbook force fullyit gives event id 9327 and my address book is also not getting updated.My Setup:AD-2003HUB/CAS - NLBMAILBOX - CCRwith all the clients in Outlook 2007.Need some advice on the same.Thanks in Advance.Kiran.

Please use the troubleshooting of my post in this thread, that customer has a similar issue as yours For the error 9327, please increase the diagnostics logging for OAB generation process to reproduce the issue, and then check the error event again, the articles below will help Set-EventLogLevel -Identity "MSExchangeSA\OAL Generator" -Level Medium Please provide more detailed info about Error event Resources: About Error event 9327 A similar case for error 9327 Exchange Server 2007 may drop recipients out of the offline address book

I have checked another lab (Exchange 2007 SP1 on Windows 2008), the registry is same as in the windows 2003

I suggest that you create a lab as same as your product environment, and then check the registries above in the lab. It would be the best way to go before we change anything
