I installed a cluster on 2 W2K8R2 servers and then loaded E2K7sp3 on them both, one as active, one as passive.  The cluster shows up in the Exchange management console under the server configuration as "provisioned" but does not show up in the mailbox role with the other servers.  The information store service on either cluster node will not start.  Is this because i am running CCR on an E2K7sp3 "standard" license and need an "enterprise" license?  I cant find a definite answer on Microsoft's documentation and i called the license sales support and they could find nothing either.

"In a production environment, only Enterprise Edition is supported in a Microsoft Windows failover cluster. Standard Edition is not supported in a Windows failover cluster in production. "
