CMYK vs RGB

Hello,

when i am working in RGB the the colors of image looks good, and they are the same whan i save ij JPG, Tiff, etc. but when I am working in CMYK and when I save a file in JPG  the colors become highly saturated or even invert ( when a save a file as TIFF), what settings do i have to change? 

I thoght that when I convert RGB to CMYK I just have to go to Edit->convert to profile-> flatten all the layers and that's it, but as I saw it's not enough

What should I do?

Hi

There are differences between RGB and CMYK.

Im afraid we can hardly get a "lossless" conversion from RGB to CMYK, especially if saturated, bright colors are involved that cannot be mixed from the component inks with limited gamut.
