Hello Team,

We are using MS Office 2013 Outlook.And also we have integrated our outlook with CRM ans Sharepoint.
Here we are able to see CRM tasks and Sp tasks in 2 different folders.
But my req is that,We should combine those 2 folders into one folder.
finally i should be able to Both CRM and SP tasks at one place.Is it possible to do?
If anyone knows the answer please help me out to solve this issue..

Hi,

As far as I know, CRM and Sharepoint have different data sources.

If you want to combine them into one folder, you can transfer the data in CRM to Sharepoint, or transfer the Sharepoint data to CRM. In this way, the two can be combined into one folder.

I want to tell you one thing here,as far as i know we can't integrate CRM data with Sharepoint data directly and vice versa.But we can integrate both through an intermediater only.

So thats why i choose Outlook as an intermediater between CRM and SharePoint.

If you konw any other way to combine both these please suggest me the steps...
