Caching outlook files and folders......How to STOP it?
We use exchange server here at work. We all use outlook and roaming profiles. We also have conference rooms where we all log in. The computers in the conference rooms get used by everyone and the hard drives get filled up when people open their outlook and all the .ost and .pst files get downloaded to that machine. I would like to prevent this from happening. Is there something I can do in exchange that would prevent this from happening?

Create a loopback GPO that prevents cached mode and the creation of PSTs. Link the GPO to those machines by either placing them in a separate OU or creating a security group filter. Alexei
