We have one user, who sends calandar invite to three particular users, Once she received meeting acceptance back and moves it to other folder. 2007 outlook client or Exchange server 2007 is sending it again meeting request to three users again. We have move users mailbox to a new database and also defrag it as well. However no change.Any help is appreciated.Sammy

Yes, Your understanding is correct. User 1 sends a meeting request using Outlook 2007 online mode or Outlook web access to user 2, user 3 and user 4. Once response comes back to user 1 for acceptance, user moves it to other folder for tracking purposes or deletes them, as soon as this responses are deleted, new responses shows up. this is only happening when User 1 sends meeting request to any of the user 2, user 3 or user 4. If User 1 sends meeting request to user 10, it works fine If user 1 sends meeting request to user 10 and user 2. than problem occurs. So far, we moved all 4 user mailboxes to other database, peformed offline defrag. check AD permissions. Remove full mailbox permison and delegate permission as well. Thank you,Sammy
