Calendar and Contacts being viewed by everyone
Our VP of Finance keeps a lot of personal notes on her calendar and we just found out that it is visible to everyone. I checked the permissions properties from the local machine and only her assistant has rights. How come anyone on the network
can open her calendar? We are running windows XP, Office 2007, Exchange 2003.

Check Full mailbox rights excplicit to the mailbox and or server or store.
