You sure the person scheduling the meeting and the calendar on the person invited to it are on the same time zone?

Yes. I even schedule several meeting for Nov. myself. She sees the correct time if I schedule for example for October 22, 2010. I am wondering since Saving time change is on Nov 7, 2010, it may has to do with DST, but I am not sure what would be the fix. Thanks

Problem fixed. This link shows all the patches: http://support.microsoft.com/gp/dst_prodlist I was not sure which patch to apply for: Exchange server 2007 sp1, Server OS 2003 sp2 , or the client XP sp3. so tarted with client xp sp3, the patch dated 2/2010 resolved the one hour off!!!
