Calendar items going missing
We have calendar items which are going missing. We are on exchange 2007 and oulook 2007
It seems to be related to having active sync devices connected to these mailboxes
can you suggest a process for fixing this or diagnosing what is the problem/source

Can you pick one user who has the issue and reproduce the issue?
Does this user use active synch?

Do you find any event id for this error?
All the calendar item are going missing or special item or record are going missing?

we use htc windows mobile devices and iphones
We do use active sync
i found no event id
they seem to be affecting recurring items

not all their calender items go missing just a few
normally 1 at a time
They seem to be items set by their delegates(PA's) for them
