Hello,I need the schedules created in the calendar of a user is replicated to the calendar of another user, without using calendar sharing.How can I configure this?Thanks.

There may be some 3rd party products that do this. Nothing native in Outlook unless you create a delegate and any new meeting requests go to both calendars - though that wouldnt "replicate" them.http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.asp

Definitely looks like an opportunity for programming.Could do this with EWS.Could change the model and make the master calendar in Sharepoint and have both users connect to it.
