The issue: One user (we'll call him John) cannot see any items on any other users' shared calendars, other than the items that John himself creates on those shared calendars. All other users are sharing and viewing shared calendars as normal. Server OS: Windows SBS 2008, Exchange Server 2007 Client OS: Windows XP Pro SP2, Office 2007 Pro Plus I've tried searching the KB for similar problems but not finding an answer. Any help is greatly appreciated.

What are the client permissions on the calendars that he cant see anything on?

Go into Active Directory and find the user whose calendar needs accessing to. Check the Email advanced options and give add john to the mailbox rights and tick the boxes. Click Apply. It's best to apply it on the server so replication is faster. Sometimes you may also find that the old Exchange 5.5 servers have trouble communicating with the newer Exch 2k3 and 2k8 servers. Let me know if that works.

Thanks to all responders thus far, sorry it took me this long to get back to troubleshooting the issue, and thanks in advance for any advice offered up. Yes initially I went the traditional user route to share calendars via Outlook: all users are viewing each others' calendars (events, appointments and meetings) the user in question can see other users' calendars but does not see any events, appointments or meetings that he did not himself create on those calendars So my next step was to use Exchange Management Console > Recipient Configuration to see if there was anything I could do there but the only options I can see is granting Send As (not helpful) or Full Access (TOO helpful). I could use Active Directory Users and Computers > Advanced Features to assign the user in question Full Control of the other users but again it seems like overkill. As for PFdavadmin Tool, I downloaded it but didn't intuitively know how to use it, and the online help is so extensive I didn't quite know where to begin.
