Calendar sharing is not available with the following entries because of permission settings on your network
We have exchange 2003 and outlook 2007 I'm trying to share my calendar with another email account in another company but i receive this message and ask to sent copy of my calendat by mail but i want live read and updated share between him and me he also have outlook 2007 and exchange 2003

Do i have to replicating the Public Folder before Configuring Schedule Free Busy ? or Configuring Schedule Free Busy only by InterOrg Utility ? - i need to make this as general open service between both forests not only 2 accounts; to be more clear i want all account in forest A be able to see forest b Calendar if needed When i checked the InterOrg it request the mailbox name ?

Hi,all account in forest A be able to see forest b Calendar if neededSo you mean you want to share calendar between two different Exchange Organization.Please notes:Although you can synchronize free/busy information across forests and use it to schedule meetings, you cannot use the Open Other User's Folder feature in Microsoft Office Outlook to view the calendar details for a user in another forestFrank Wang
