Hello all,

I've got a user who is currently experiencing a weird issue with her mailboxes. She has around 50 calendars that she accesses from the one mailbox via Outlook 2010. When she goes to calendars, opens a certain amount of calendars, goes back to her mail and then back to the calendars, less calendars are open than were there before she went to check her mail.

Also, she said that the list of calendars on the sidebar changes. She has moved the calendars to be in a specific order but every so often they are out of order. No calendars go missing, they just aren't in the correct order so she has to move them back.

Anyone experienced this issue before or know why it could be occurring?

Hi,

Please close Outlook and click Win+R and type this command to open Outlook:

Outlook.exe /cleanview

This command will restore default views. All custom views created are lost.

If this command doesn't work, I suggest to post this problem to Outlook forum for professional help about Outlook client.
