Calender - import to users
Our Company has an activity calender in Outlook, where different events etc is showed. Before, in lotus notes, it was possible to import this calender into people own calender, so they could see if there was some company activities direct in their calender.
And only 1 person had to update this activity calender as other users than could re-update the calender in their outlook.
How can this be solved in exchange. Running exchange 2007 SP3

Hello,
I think this is easier in Exchange 2007.
You can create one meeting request on the activity calendar, and invite users who needed to see the meeting, then the meeting request will be send to all the attendees, when attendees accept the meeting, they will see the meeting on their own calendar.
One related document for you:

I understand what you mean, but what if a new employee(s) starts than all the meetings must be resend to the new person - taking much time and would be much easier if there was just an "import" function

You can go to calendar and forward the meetings to new employee, then employee will receive the forward meetings, that they can open the calendar item and add to their calendar.
One other way, you can use Outlook go to export the meetings from one user's calendar, to a pst file, then import the pst file to new employees' calendar.
You can follow this document to export the calendar:
Export Outlook items to an Outlook Data File (.pst)
