Calender Owner Cannot View Appointments

I have a user that is the owner of and has full rights of a shared calender but is unable to accept a private appointment requests and it they up grayed out on the calander.

Any ideas as to why this may be happening

Hi,

What does it mean by "grayed out"? Do you mean any button is grayed out?

Let the user logon OWA, is the user able to view the calendar there?
