Can't Connect to Exchange Server
Hi there -
Wondering if I can get some help on a problem I'm having with my Exchange Server? Running Server 2008 R2 with Exchange 2010 and about 2 weeks ago I started noticing that clients couldn't connect to Exchange (Outlook, Exchange Active Sync and OWA).
This doesn't happen every night, maybe 2 or 3 times per week and seems to start around 9:00 PM (around the same time my backup kicks off). A reboot gets everything going again, but I want to actually solve the problem. Other bits of info about
this server: Kaspersky AV is installed, some updates may have been applied around the time this stopped working. If necessary I can send include the event log. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please check if there’s any error event in the application log when the issue occurs

Agree with James. Please disable the backup tool & Antivirus update and check if issue still appears.
