Can't change password using OWA 2007
I've multiple hosting setup on my Exchange 2007.
I can change the password for any suers who belong to the Primary Domain.
When I try to change the password for other users who are on separate domain and configure under their own OU and Security Groups, doesn't allow them to change the password and OWA 2007 keep coming back with the password complexity windows. I've tried every
possible combination but doesn't work.
seems it is a security group realted issue.. any idea?

How are you hosting with Exchange 2007? Are you using HMC 4.5?
What is a "Primary Domain"?
Do you have multiple Active Directory domains? Are you a domain admin in the target domain or a user with the ability to reset user's passwords delegated?

I've figured it out.
it was as issue with Windows AD password change policy. since I created the password myself for every account it didn't let me change the passsword when logged in as a user. I did enable the checkbox that the user should change the password at next login.
And it fixed the problem.
I'll update this on my blog in few days
