Can't configure offline address book for O2k7
I've got Exchange installed and am working through the post installation tasks.
In step 2: Enable Web distribution on the Default Address Book the "Enable Web-based distribution" is greyed out. Did I miss a step somewhere?

I'm having the same problem.. plus emails sent between 2003 and 2007 aren't getting there either.
