I have a new Exchange 2013 deployment. Autodiscover/ActiveSync test passes the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer. When I try to set up ActiveSync email on a windows phone, it says, "We're looking for your settings.... ....and we've
found them!", but then the mailbox will not sync... cannot send mail, does not show up as a device on the mailbox.
On an Android device, it simply says, "Couldn't finish. Couldn't open connection to server." Anyone have any idea what my problem is? Firewall issue maybe?
