Can't create profile in Outlook 2013

Hello!

I have Exchange Server 2013 Enterprise Edition on my test network and today I tried to use Outlook 2013 to connect to Exchange server. After having created the Administrator's profile upon the first start of the Outlook I added another profile for User1. User1 has Full Mailbox access to the User2's mailbox, so when I log in as the Administrator I have all three mailboxes displayed in the Outlook window - it's ok:

But when I try to create an additional profile for the User1 Outlook "says" "Can't connect to Exchange Server". Of course, I tried various options, such as servername, servername.domainname, user1@domainname and e.t.c.:

For now I can't add any profile  to the Outlook (seems for ANY user, not just User1) that makes Outlook compleatly useless.

Can anybody tell me what can I do to fix it?

Thank you in advance,

Michael Firsov

Hi Michael,

When you create a new profile, doesn't autodiscover kick in and add your account and configure it? (not user 2 one).

You can manually configure, but will need the guid of User 2's mailbox. Get-mailbox user2 | fl *guid*

Check mailbox guid is the Outlook endpoint and How outlook connects to a 2013 mailbox.
