Can't delete the folder in the deleted item

Windows7, Outlook2010, cached mode

User can't delete the sync issue folder (User created) in the deleted Item,

Outlook is synchronizing local changes made to items in this folder. You cannot remove this folder until the synchronization with the server is complete.

OWA has no folder there, any solution or wait?

Usually Logging into OWA and empty the Deleted Items folder there will resolve the sync issue. But as you said there is no folder in OWA I think you should wait for sync to happen automatically.

Hello,

If the items or folders are not present in OWA, it means they are deleted from the Exchange Mailbox side. The issue is the latency of sync between Outlook and Exchange Mailbox.
