Can't edit email address for users

Hi everyone,

I have a strange issue - we just migrated from Exchange 2010 to 2013 (on-premises). Running with single server for now (no DAG). When I try to edit recepient's email address (for example I want to set different default email address), I un-check "Automatically apply policy..." and click on pencil icon to go to edit mode for that email address, it opens "add new email address" dialog box, and not edit the current one. I see it flashes another window briefly and then loads the "new email" window, where all i can do is to type a new email address to add.

Anyone know what the issue could be? I can set default email address with Shell, but I want to be able to simply edit email addresses via ECP. This happens for all users I tried so far.

Exchange 2013 works fine otherwise. We are running latest CU8.

Thanks!

Update: I think I found out what the problem is - it appears to be related to Google Chrome - if I use IE, I can edit email and see "set default" option when I click "Edit" on email address. So, don't use Chrome to work with Exchange 2013 ECP ;)

Try this.  Enter a new one, set it as primary, then delete the old one.
