Hi,Is there any downtime going on for your Excahgne server? You may need to contact your Exchange Admin.Easier way to check it is....~ Are you able to ping your Exchange server?~ Are you able to open Outlook Web Access?Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

Yes,I agree with Amit.First please ensure that Exchange Server in under normal status. You can try to access mailbox via OWA.If you can successfully login OWA,then we assume that Exchange Server is Ok.Then please try to ping Exchagne Server from a command prompt. We need to ensure that the network between client and server is ok.Please ping Exchange Server name and Exchange Server ip.After that, please try to create a new profile from "Start-Control Panel"-"Mail"-"Show Profiles"-"Add"... Please select the new profile as "Always use this profile".Besides,I'd like to know if this computer is in the local office network.Regards,Xiu
